Every child deserves a chance to thrive, dream big, and live life to the fullest.

We partner with Charitable Foundations based in both Brazil and in the USA that focus on giving underprivileged children the resources needed to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Each organization has been carefully chosen by Katia and holds a special place in her heart.

Vista Del Mar Child & Family services “Katia’s Garden”

Los Angeles, USA

Founded in 1908, The Vista Del Mar Child & Family Services provide education and skills to disadvantaged adolescents so they can gain the confidence, resources, and knowledge to be a part of their communities. The organization has programs in Special Education, Mental Health, Autism, Foster Care, Adoptions, and Residential Treatment.

One program that we have been hands-on with is the expansion of the Garden-to-Table Initiative, which includes a vegetable garden and a new Culinary Arts Kitchen & Classroom. The vegetable garden named “Katia’s Garden” (after the founder) has vegetables, fruit trees, and a place to teach science and nutrition. The initiative allows students with special needs to learn about gardening, eating well, and how to cook for themselves.

GET INVOLVED

With your donation, we will do even more for the Vista community so that children can gain the resources they need, no matter their economic or social background.
